Decks see more direct weather exposure and foot traffic than a fence, so we pay close attention to fasteners, ledger board attachment, and drainage during the build to reduce warranty callbacks later. If something related to our construction settles or loosens within that window, we'll come back and fix it. We're licensed and insured, and we'll walk through maintenance tips (staining, sealing) during your free estimate to help the deck last well beyond the warranty period.

What’s covered
Posts, panels, gates, framing, and structural work against issues caused by how the project was built. Same coverage applies to repair labor and new materials we install — on the repaired scope only.
What’s not covered
Normal weathering, everyday wear, abuse, or storm damage that happens after the job. Sections we didn’t touch on a repair stay outside the warranty. We’ll be clear about that up front.
Materials vs. workmanship
Manufacturer warranties on products like composite are separate and often longer. We walk through both at your free on-site estimate so you know what’s backed by us and what’s backed by the maker.
